Quick speed check — takes ~30 seconds

The system checks how naturally human your typing feels. Fast typists tend to have less variation between keystrokes — without this step, that can get mistaken for a bot. 3 short tests give us a fair baseline so the system doesn't flag you unfairly.

Test 1 of 3 — type the sentence below:
Progress 0%
01 Content Editor Type anything here. The system quietly watches your typing rhythm — not the words themselves. Nothing you type is sent anywhere. If you stop to think, that's fine — those pauses are detected and don't hurt your score.
Waiting
Detection Sensitivity
These sliders control how strict the human check is. The defaults work well for most people. If you're being falsely flagged, try running the speed calibration again — it adjusts these automatically for your typing style.

AI Content Grader Every submission is graded for content value on a 0–10 scale — even if you pass the humanity check. This catches humans transcribing AI-generated fluff. Only low-value content (spam, filler, generic waffle) scores below 4 and gets blocked. Genuinely useful content always passes.
02 Live Signals Real-time stats from your typing — all processed right here in your browser, never sent to a server. When you stop to think for more than a second or two, those pauses are detected and set aside so they don't skew your results.
Rhythm Score How unpredictable your typing rhythm is (higher = more human). Humans score above 2.5 — everyone types slightly differently each time. Bots are too consistent and score near 0. Green = passing.
Rhythm Spread How much your keystroke gaps vary from moment to moment. Humans speed up and slow down naturally — that variation is hard to fake. A bot with fake randomness still shows suspiciously uniform patterns here.
Key Hold (ms) Average time each key is held down. Most people hold keys for 60–150ms. This naturally increases when you get tired — the system accounts for that so typing slowly at the end doesn't hurt your score.
Gap Between Keys Average time between one keystroke and the next (pauses when you stop to think are excluded). This rhythm is unique to each person — like a fingerprint for how you type.
Thinking Pauses Times you stopped typing for more than 1.5 seconds — likely to think, re-read, or look something up. This is a good sign that you're a real person! These pauses are tracked separately and don't hurt your score.
How long you hold each key
A bar chart of how long each key was held down. Human typing looks jagged and irregular — all different heights. A bot would show one tall spike since it presses every key for the exact same duration.

Gaps between keystrokes
A bar chart of gaps between keystrokes (thinking pauses removed). Real typing is messy and organic — bursts of fast keys mixed with slower ones. Bots show near-zero gaps or suspiciously even spacing.

03 Your Result A unique verification code generated from your typing session — like a fingerprint of how you typed. If you pass, this code proves your content was typed by a human at this specific moment. Your raw keystroke data is never stored or sent anywhere.
